Grow India Service IT provides digital services such as website development, mobile app development, CRM/ERP software, SEO, and other IT solutions. As these are service-based and customized projects, refunds are limited.
Refunds may be considered only if the project has not been started or if mutually agreed in writing before the work begins. Once development has started, no full refund will be issued.
All advance or initial payments are non-refundable once project planning, design, or development work has begun.
If a client cancels the project midway, payment made for completed work will not be refunded. Any pending work will be stopped immediately.
Refunds will not be issued due to delays caused by client-side approvals, changes in requirements, or lack of communication.
Payments made for third-party services such as hosting, domains, APIs, or tools are non-refundable once purchased.
In case of any dispute, Grow India Service IT will try to resolve issues through mutual discussion and fair resolution before any refund decision.
